“This artwork was created to honor the life of Breonna Taylor and to call attention to her death as a result of police brutality and racist practices. Being able to make a mural with a message that supports such an important movement has meant a lot to Liz and myself. And having the opportunity to contribute a mural among the outpouring of public art and murals that have been created across this city in the past few weeks has felt particularly special.”
